Planned design for the Codacmoment website

The Codacmoment website is currently planned to be divided into the following sections:

Layout

Home

Pins recent and important updates on the homepage.

Projects

Personal projects will be posted on here. Each project will have it's own dedicated post with the title of the project, description of the project, steps taken, and the completed result. Project pages can either be completed or work in progress projects.

Products

Provides a list of products that I have found to be useful in my daily life. These can be items that can be found at a local store or through a crowdfunding site. Exploring options for both referral links and links to the product without the referral. If a product with a referral link is posted, a disclaimer will be posted alongside the post.

Resources

Intended to be a resource based section dedicated to certain topics such as Engineering, investing, and other topics that may appear in the future. Will incorporate guides, downloadable files, references, etc.

Social Links

Links to other social media accounts in my name. Clicking on 'Social Links' will keep you on the Codacmoment website and provide a list of my external social media links.

About

As typical of websites, an about section dedicated to explaining what the website is and the intended result.

Subscription Plan

Still finetuning what exactly should be available per non-subscriber, subscriber (free), and paying subscriber.

In general, everyone will be able to view basic content on this website without having to subscribe. There are some functions that are exclusive to subscribers .

For example, commenting is planned to be exclusively for subscribers. Whether commenting will be available for both free and paid, limited commenting on free, or even disabled for free subscribers is still being decided upon. Primary reason to provide only subscribers the ability to comment is to minimize bots and spamming. I do not wish to limit one's ability to speak their mind, but this is the only feasible option to impede bots and spammers.

Another feature planned to be available to subscribers are promotion links and affiliate links (if any). Promotion and affiliate link access may be limited to a mix of subscriber, paid subscribers, and maybe even email only. Incentive to attract new subscribers to the platform.

Additionally, there may be a 'in the works' section or something similar that will be planned to be available for paid subscribers. Paid subscribers will be able to both see work in progress and comment on each post. Mostly a feature to allow paying subscribers to see and provide early feedback that may influence a project or other work.

Note: This is a preliminary plan for the website. The website is subject to change such as, but not limited to: altering and adding new content, new sections, page layouts, logo, etc. In the case of a change, information will be provided on what changed and the reasoning behind the move.
